Pearson Higher Ed: 2015~ Current
• Responsible for designing a content authoring platform
• Iterating with cross-functional partners to create a more seamless, intuitive experience across both educator- and consumer-side features
• Addressed product challenges surrounding deep content creation and organization workflows; platform has since seen usability improvements
• Increased content creation volume on the platform, resulting in users having access to more learning resources online.
• Collaborating with project managers and developers to define, scope and prioritize upcoming projects
Lead UX Designer
Pearson Business solutions: 2012 ~ 15
• Oversaw design development for the Writing Solutions platform (v2 release.)
• Worked with project managers to identify priorities and project milestones; worked closely with a UX designer to attain design approvals and prepare prototypes.
• Collaborated with 3 other designers to create mobile-responsive assessment tools for both new and legacy platform integration; implemented design standards for accessibility compliance.
• Proposed the visual design direction for the smart flash card app and designed the end-to-end user experience

• Created a visual framework and established information hierarchy for the company’s site.
• Seen as the go-to designer for guidance concerning usability best practices for UX flows.
• Partnered with product and engineering stakeholders to build interface wireframes.
