Learning Apps: Create a consistent Logo family that can be used on Web and Mobile apps.
My Contributions
With the challenge on product and marketing alignment, I formulated the process to design and review. The initial logos were reviewed and approved within 2 months.
I decided to take on the whole product family to ensure consistency in branding and style. The key was strictly creating a comprehensive presentation and demo that present key evidence on the design rationales. Once getting sufficient colleagues' input and the managing director's buy-in. We then ID the key stakeholders and have a focused meeting.
